Do you work with independents as well as national chains?

Will you remove items from upstairs or tight access?

Yes—our crews are trained for stairs, narrow hallways, and awkward access, using proper lifting equipment - we remove from any room or any floor.

Do you dismantle furniture on site?

Light dismantling is included when needed for safe removal (e.g., sofa feet, bed frames). Complex works are quoted.

How often can you collect from our sites?

Daily, weekly, fortnightly, or ad-hoc. We’ll design a route plan that matches your volume profile.

Can we mix items in the same collection?

Yes—mattresses, sofas, and mixed furniture can be uplifted together, with weights recorded by stream.

Do you offer out-of-hours or before-store-open pickups?

Yes—early/late windows and keyholder arrangements are available.

Are you a licensed waste carrier?

Yes. We operate under current UK waste regulations and provide Duty of Care documentation.
